Ms. Evans-Battle has been an attorney advocating for her community. Licensed in Maryland and Georgia, she is a former Georgia prosecutor She spent 23 years establishing and supervising the Juvenile Division for her county's District Attorney Office. In 2018 she became the sole prosecutor additionally tasked with representing the District Attorney Office's role in the Accountability Courts dealing with people who had drug addictions, mental health and/or were veterans in need of treatment, as well as the CHINS (Child In Need of Services/Supervision) program.
